Introducing the Baltograph series, the XSD160 is the first unit of a complete set based on a solid insulation HV module.
Completely renewed during summer 2014, it keeps all previous features but has been made with the lastest available components, reduced in size, weight and the most important, is more powerfull, offering 4000W & up to 50 mA. This technology not only frees you from very specialized service operations but also guarantees that you will be able to get the most out of your machine at any time.
The XSD160 is a very powerful, stable and sturdy unit that can be used as a mobile unit or a fixed one in any customized systems for production.
Combined to our computerized control panel (LS1) or to a dedicated RS232 interface through an interfacing box, it can be integrated in all kind of environment, can replace the majority of existing units without big changes or any, or can be installed as a single end unit, stationary or mobile (XMD).

The XSD225/4KW is probably the best compromise in power and size for medium thickness applications. Completely renewed during summer 2014, it keeps all previsous features but has been made with the lastest available components, reduced in size, weight and the most important, is more powerfull, offering 4000W. Able to be operated as down as 5 kV where you will use it for composite and light alloys applications, at full power, you will be able to get radiographies of medium walled steel castings with incomparable qualities.
The XSD225/4KW is a very powerful, stable and sturdy unit that can be used as a mobile unit or as a fi xed one in any customized systems for production. A very large variety of tubeheads is available and the unit can then be easily turned into a Panoramic or a Directional X-ray equipment.
Combined to our computerized control panel (LS1 series), it can be integrated in any environment, can replace the majority of existing units without big changes or any, or can be installed as a single end unit, stationary or mobile (XMD).

XSD320 is the fi rst bipolar unit of the Baltograph series. Made up of two 160 kV unit (Cathodic + Anodic), it uses the same modules as the monopolar unit and can consist in an upgrade of an existing monopolar unit from the XSD series.
Completely renewed during summer 2014, it keeps all previsous features but has been made with the lastest available components, reduced in size, weight and the most important, is more powerfull, offering 4000W.
This unit is mostly designed for high absorbing material where a very high or very reduced exposure time is necessary.
Extremely simple to install and to connect, it could also be used as a mobile unit for specific applications.
Combined to our computerized control panel (LS1 series), it can be integrated in any environment, can replace the majority of existing units without big changes or any, or can be installed as a single end unit.

LS1 is a micro processor based unit able to drive any generators of the Baltograph® series. From 100kv units to 450 kV, stationary or mobile, the same control unit can be used and will automatically recognize, Units and tubes connected.
An innovative and evolutive embedded software made by Radiographers with downloadable additional features, is the brain of all operations.
The Large TFT colour screen enclosed into the front cover is foldable and well readable by changing the inclination to your convenience.
Working status can visually be checked at all time as the main indicators are outside of the cover area. Very compact and lightweight the LS1 is designed to be used with either a mobile or stationary unit. A system version also exists to be integrated in cabinets and electrical enclosures.

The evolution of our LS1C, the LS1C2 is the ultimate rackable version for systems uses. This version is delivered with its control protocol which includes all commands to set up and perform X-ray exposures.
The LS1C2 works with the well known « X-ray Remote Control » software under Windows 7 64 bits, which allows you to manage from the preparation (preheating, modes, etc…) to the X-ray exposure.
TCP/IP type commands are provided for custom / OEM oriented applications.
All the features developed on the standard LS1 such as the automatic recognition of Baltograph generators, automatic preheating, TSC/TSD tubeheads recongnition, diagnostic and maintenance modes are standard.
